What impressed Creative Director of Impartner, Michael Sligting, most about Red Paper Plane is its fast turnaround time. He was so impressed, in fact, that he ultimately chose the online design resource to create a direct mail piece for his business’ upcoming trade show - even when he knew the team was in a time crunch.

The Dreamforce Trade Show, an annual learning event hosted by Salesforce, was rapidly approaching and Michael’s team at Impartner wanted a standout marketing piece that would get the attention of audience members. They ultimately chose to customize Red Paper Plane’s Large Well Box.

“We mailed it to our ‘A’ list of prospective clients,” Michael sail. “[The box] came with the offer of free wireless headphones if they brought the card insert with them to the Dreamforce tradeshow and participated in a one-on-one demo of our product.”

Michael said the overall design and Red Paper Plane customer service process was quite satisfactory.

“I liked that [RedPaperPlane.com] had videos that helped me understand the function and 3D aspect of the products,” he said. “Customer service was great; you were very prompt in answering my questionsand taking care of my needs.”

Despite the time crunch, Michael said the end result was a strong marketing piece.

“We knew we should have sent the mailer out sooner, but wanted to do it anyway,” he said. “We did get several responses and are confident that we’ll get a good return on it. We’re excited to try it again for another show.”
