As marketers, we know that marketing a business or product can be a daunting task at times. How do you stand out from the crowd? And, perhaps, more importantly, how can you create collateral that will achieve as much impact as possible within your audience?
For Envolve, the answer to these questions was the same: Red Paper Plane. “We did extensive research online and reached out to various vendors for samples and pricing,” said David Schreiber, manager of content delivery for Envolve. “We knew that we needed something other than the standard oversized postcard in order to get people to interact with our content.
After reviewing samples and comparing pricing, it was hard to argue with the impression of RedPaperPlane.”
The company was looking to create a multi-functional campaign piece. “The primary purpose was to introduce our audience to our ‘On.Demand’ diabetes care management solution,” David said. “This tied into the larger campaign that included targeted emails, social media posts and advertising, and other online mediums.” After perusing the templates on the Red Paper Plane website, the Envolve team agreed on the 3” Pop-Up Cube. Through this piece, they offered a free download of their whitepaper, as well as the opportunity to join a live webinar discussing the benefits of the ‘On.Demand’ program with a live testimonial from one of the company’s satisfied customers. “Our objective was to increase traffic to our two landing pages for our ‘On.Demand’ product, for our whitepaper and for our webinar,” David said. “Our overall objective being to increase the number of qualified sales leads for our business development team.”
Though it’s still too early to judge how successful the campaign has been, the company has set up Google Analytics to track all of the traffic to the Envolve website from the QR codes and Bit.ly links in the mailer.
“We absolutely loved the way the piece turned out,” David said. “We’ve gotten some great feedback from both our internal and external partners.”
