Founded in 1783, Jones Lang LaSalle (now JLL) is an internationally recognized professional services and investment management company specializing in real estate. When the time came to look for a tenant to lease a JLL building, the company knew their marketing strategy had to be as engaging as it was to be effective.
According to Justin Searl, senior marketing associate for JLL, his team immediately began scouring the web, searching for a company that understood their objectives and offered a user-friendly online interface.
“After looking through website after website, we came across RedPaperPlane.com,” Searl said in an email. “The interface for uploading artwork was very easy to use and that was the reason we will keep using Redpaperplane.com for our marketing mailers.”
They chose to create a Telescoping Slider. With this format, pull tabs allow the piece to extend just like a telescope, thus allowing for more space to include branded content. This is a great design to build on a message, tell a story or reveal information in steps.
“It exceeded our expectations,” Searl said. “When the mailer arrived, we were all very excited. We were very pleased with the craftsmanship and quality of the mailer. The final piece looked very professional.”
And the piece delivered too.
“It was very successful. It helped bring awareness to the building and we received many calls for tours, which have led to signed deals,” he said.
