Or, rather, a spectacular impression, as Julie Lange, director of marketing and corporate communications for Dental Care Plus, would call it.
She and her team, who had previously worked with Red Paper Plane, were looking to create a promotional piece that would introduce the brand and product offerings to school systems in the area. The goal of this piece was to encourage these school systems to ask their benefit brokers about including Dental Care Plus in their next round of bidding.
Their template of choice: the Pop Up Pen Holder.
“I had a unique situation where I was ‘between’ creative resources on my team,” Julie said. “The creative team member I had previously had no issues at all working with the templates - they are very easy to follow and work with. She had left the company before the creative was approved and I was on my own to finalize the art and upload it to the [Red Paper Plane] site. My system was not cooperative in this process and I reached out to the RPP customer service team. David Komorowski was able to instantly become an extension of my creative team and solve my issues. It was truly one of the best customer service experiences I have ever encountered in my career.”
