Schemmer Creates Memorable Experience With Pop-Up Cube Mailer
How does a highly successful full-service architectural firm reach out in a creative and memorable way to potential clients?
Michelle Westphalen and her team at Schemmer, headquartered in Omaha, NE, were developing a three-part direct mail campaign. In their research they came across Red Paper Plane. As many of their direct mail campaigns have specific target audiences with a small mailing lists, Westphalen said "It was a perfect fit because we could customize a creative, cost effective, high-quality direct mail piece that would have never been an option if it weren’t for Red Paper Plane."
They chose to create a 4.25" Pop-Up Cube and said the website and design process was very user friendly. Michelle especially loved the videos that illustrate how each piece works. They helped her team pitch the campaign to another one of their offices without having to physically send them a sample.
"The Red Paper Plane staff was responsive and helpful throughout the entire process," said Westphalen. "Instead of emailing back and forth with questions on the proof, David called right away to quickly clarify a question."
The Pop-Up Cube was mailed during the second week of the campaign series. The goal was to create a memorable experience showcasing photos of Schemmer’s projects, the services they offer and their contact information.
Was this campaign successful?
"The Pop-Up Cube was successful in meeting our objectives." stated Westphalen. "We knew we wanted a creative piece that would be memorable to the recipient and we definitely achieved that goal.
